Eigentlich wollte Mijk van Dijk schon im Januar ein Interview mit Opolopo aus Schweden über sein grossartiges Album „Voltage Controlled Feelings“ führen. Doch dann legte Opolopo noch einmal nach, mit „Art Slave“ dem Solo-Album seiner Lieblingssängerin Amalia, ebenfalls auf dem Münchener Label Tokyo Dawn Records. Definitiv ein Anwärter auf den Titel „Funk-Album des Jahres“. Also verabredete sich Mijk gleich mit beiden und redete über Funk, New Jack Swing, Jimmy Jam & Terry Lewis. Boogie down, funksters!
